Owned by Greg and Anne Rothers—an architect and a Realtor—ROTHERS Design/Build, the custom-home division of Rothers, Inc., has been creating one-of-a-kind projects throughout the greater Kansas City area since 1995. In 2019, Rothers, Inc. expanded into speculative homebuilding with New Line Homes.

New Line Homes was created to bring unique, contemporary finished homes to Kansas City buyers at attainable price points. With decades of experience in custom building and remodeling, our team combines thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship, and attention to detail to create homes that stand apart—and feel far more custom than many traditional new-construction homes on the market today. 

We believe good design does not have to be costly. Our goal is to provide a beautifully designed home at an affordable price, with an eye toward sustainability and longevity. Each New Line Homes floor plan is designed for the lot on which it sits to prioritize natural light, views, efficiency and flow.
