New Line Homes is a division of Rothers, Inc., an award-winning custom home builder in the Kansas City area since 1995. Known for one of a kind custom building, the owner, Greg Rothers, has been enhancing existing homes and building new homes for clients from Kearney, MO to Lawrence, KS and several points in between.  

New Line Homes began in 2019 out of a desire to provide new home buyers in Kansas City with unique style choices in the mid-range price points. After over 25 years custom-building and remodeling upper bracket homes, we decided it was time to offer unique, contemporary designs of our own to today’s buyers who want something different. With two award-winning architects on staff and a dedicated team of craftsmen, we approach each home with the care and attention to detail that you should expect.

Good design does not have to mean expensive. Our goal is to provide a beautifully designed home at an affordable price, with an eye toward sustainability and longevity. Each New Line Homes floor plan is designed for the lot on which it sits to maximize day-lighting, views, efficiency and flow. Materials are chosen purposefully and design decisions are made carefully so that each home is comprehensive in form and function. We are also committed to service and long-term customer relationships so that our homes live on for many, many years!
