New Line Homes, the new home division of Rothers, Inc., began in 2019 out of a desire to provide more choice in design for buyers wishing to build a new home. Many new homes being built in our market today tend to be very similar in layout, design, material choices and finishes. While this makes sense for builders, it drastically limits what is available to the average, mid-range buyer looking for a new home.  

Rothers Design/Build, the custom-building division of Rothers, Inc., has been building custom homes and remodeling upper bracket homes in Kansas City for over 25 years. During these years, we have employed many architectural styles and built a wide range of projects, all custom-designed for individual clients. This experience has produced numerous awards from industry partners, but most importantly—accolades from our clients. We have two dedicated architects on staff and have developed a core group of skilled craftsmen and sub-contractor partners—most of whom have been with us for many years. The result is a dedicated team of people who share a commitment to quality and design integrity.

With New Line Homes, we are now bringing this expertise to the broader market. We are providing superior, contemporary designs and choices to satisfy the desire for something new. These homes are unique with a nod to mid-century modern design that has proven timeless, and for good reason. We are excited to be sharing our story and our homes with you!
