Each New Line Homes floor plan is uniquely designed and built to preserve the integrity of the original design. With one dedicated team handling the building project from start to finish, all decisions made are done so with a focus on architectural integrity, functionality and attention to detail. Every person on the team is held to a high standard so that overall quality is maintained.  

Where we can, we strive to use sustainable materials and create efficient floor plans. These practices help reduce waste on all levels—from the home’s construction to maintenance throughout its life. We believe that architectural design should have longevity, but also believe the entire home should be sustainable and timeless.
